Who we are
Alkozai LLC provides interpretation and translation services in Pashto, Dari, Urdu, and English. This policy explains what we collect through alkozai.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. You can reach us at info@alkozai.com.
What we collect
If you email or call us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to share. If you book a call through the calendar on our contact page, the booking may include your name, email address, selected time, and any information you enter in the booking questions.
We ask you not to include sensitive personal information such as identification numbers, medical details, or case numbers in an initial email or booking note. If you need to send documents, we will tell you how to do that securely after we reply.
Why we collect it
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your request, quote the work, and deliver the service you asked for. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build a marketing profile.
How long we keep it
Messages and booking details are kept for as long as needed to respond, serve you, and maintain an ordinary business record. Documents you send for translation are deleted on request after delivery. Tell us and it is done.
Confidentiality
Every document and every conversation is treated as confidential. We follow confidentiality practices consistent with HIPAA requirements for protected health information. Written confidentiality agreements are available on request.
Service providers
This site is hosted on Vercel. The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com, which processes the details entered to schedule a call. Email providers handle messages sent directly to us. You can read Cal.com's privacy policy for information about its practices. Where analytics are enabled, they are configured to measure page visits in aggregate.
Cookies
This site does not place advertising cookies of its own. The embedded booking calendar may use cookies needed for scheduling. PLACEHOLDER: confirm the analytics provider in use before launch, and update this section to name it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@alkozai.com and we will respond.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through it.
