Who we are
Alkozai LLC provides interpretation and translation services in Pashto, Dari, Urdu, and English. This policy explains what we collect through alkozai.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. You can reach us at Zia.alkozai@gmail.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, the service you selected, whether you need us in person or online, your preferred language, the date you need if you supplied one, and your message.
We ask you not to include sensitive personal information such as identification numbers, medical details, or case numbers in the contact form. If you need to send documents, we will tell you how to do that securely after we reply.
Why we collect it
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your request, quote the work, and deliver the service you asked for. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build a marketing profile.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions arrive as email and are retained in our email system for as long as needed to serve you and to keep an ordinary business record. Documents you send for translation are deleted on request after delivery. Tell us and it is done.
Confidentiality
Every document and every conversation is treated as confidential. We follow confidentiality practices consistent with HIPAA requirements for protected health information. Written confidentiality agreements are available on request.
Service providers
This site is hosted on Vercel, and contact form messages are delivered through a transactional email provider. Those providers process the information only to run the service. Where analytics are enabled, they are configured to measure page visits in aggregate.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. PLACEHOLDER: confirm the analytics provider in use before launch, and update this section to name it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Zia.alkozai@gmail.com and we will respond.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through it.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
