Native fluency, not textbook fluency
Our interpreters grew up in the languages they work in and match the dialect to the speaker. That is the difference between following a conversation and understanding it.
Why choose us
Six reasons that hold up when the stakes are real, and an honest comparison against the national call center model.
What that means in practice
Matched to the dialect
We ask which region the speaker is from before we assign anyone.
Reviewed before delivery
A second linguist reads every translation before you do.
A person, not a queue
You reach someone who can confirm an interpreter the same business day.
Our interpreters grew up in the languages they work in and match the dialect to the speaker. That is the difference between following a conversation and understanding it.
A literal translation can be technically correct and still fail. We interpret meaning, tone, and the cultural weight behind the words, and we flag ambiguity rather than quietly resolving it.
Every translation is completed, independently reviewed, then certified before it reaches you. A second linguist reads the work before you do.
Every document and conversation is confidential. Written agreements available on request, and documents are deleted after delivery whenever you ask us to.
On site anywhere in the DMV, remote anywhere in the country. The same standard applies whether the interpreter is in the room or on the line.
You are not calling a queue. You reach someone who can confirm an interpreter or quote a translation the same business day.
A fair comparison
National call centers do real work at real scale, and for high volume, low stakes calls they are often the right choice. The differences below are the ones that matter when the stakes are not low.
| Area of comparison | Alkozai LLC | A national call center |
|---|---|---|
| Dialect matching | We ask which region the speaker is from and staff to that dialect. | Assigned by language code. Dialect is usually not a field in the request. |
| Same interpreter continuity | The same interpreter can be requested across a matter, so context carries forward. | Whichever interpreter is available at the moment you connect. |
| Response time | You reach a person directly and receive a same business day answer. | Routed through a queue, with scheduling handled by a coordinator you do not choose. |
| Confidentiality agreements | Signed agreements available on request, before work begins. | Covered by a platform level policy, rarely a document specific to your matter. |
| Local on site coverage | An interpreter travels to your office, hospital, or agency across the DMV. | On site coverage varies by market and is often subcontracted. |
Tell us what you need and you will hear back the same business day.
